The Excel Online Bundle brings together five transformative programs: Evaluate, Xerox, Connect, Execute, and Lead at a discounted price of $100. Each one builds on the last, taking you from understanding your emotional health at the body level all the way to healing your inner child and stepping into personal leadership.
This isn't a passive online course. You'll work with experienced mentors, participate in live Zoom sessions, receive personal scan results, and engage in guided exercises designed to create real, lasting change in how you think, feel, and live.

The FREE Program brings together four in-person classes - Forgive, Renew, Enchantment, and Enjoy — each designed to take you deeper into the connection between your conscious and subconscious mind, and closer to the healing, clarity, and peace you deserve.
Each class builds on the last. Begin with Forgive, where you'll release emotional blockages through the Hawaiian Hoʻoponopono method. Move into Renew, where guided meditation and facial massage help you quiet the noise and reset. Explore Enchantment, a journey into your inner child, spirituality, and self-love. Then close with Enjoy, a restorative massage therapy experience that lets your body finally exhale.
This isn't a lecture series. These are hands-on, in-person sessions held right here in Hilo at Hilo Beauty College and Trams, LLC , with shared meals, expert guest speakers, and a community of people doing the real work alongside you.
