STUDENT AGREEMENT

 Student Agreement for Educate Program at Hilo Beauty College / Nature's Greatest Outcomes**

This  Agreement is entered into by and between you, the participating student ("Student") and Hilo Beauty College / Nature's Greatest Outcomes  ("Institution") regarding participation in the Educate Program

**1. Program Purpose and Description** 
The  program offered by the Institution is an educational introductory  course designed to provide students with foundational knowledge and  exposure to the beauty industry. The program's primary goal is to  empower individuals and our community by promoting health, wealth, and  beauty through education and connection.

**2. Opportunities for Students** 
-  Students will have the opportunity to earn hours applicable toward  licensing requirements in the State of Hawaii for the Nail Program or Esthetician Program. 
- The program offers a pathway for further education, licensing, and career development in the beauty industry. 
-  Students will have opportunities to connect with other professionals  and explore additional career paths within the beauty, health, and  wellness sectors.

**3. Nature of the Program** 
- This program is short-term, introductory, and solely for educational purposes. 
- It does not guarantee employment, licensing, or future educational placement. 
- The program is not a substitute for formal licensure or certification required by the State of Hawaii.

**4. Non-Profits and Supporting Entities** 
- Students acknowledge Nature's Greatest Outcomes is a non-profit entity focused on community development and education. 
-  Students agree that this program is not a formal or ongoing educational  institution offering full professional training or certification.

**5. Limitation of Liability and Understanding** 
-  Students understand that participation in this program does not create  an employment or contractual relationship with the Institution. 
- The Institution is not responsible for any outcomes beyond the scope of this introductory program. 
-  Students agree to participate diligently and acknowledge that any  skills or connections gained are for personal development and community  empowerment.

**6. Voluntary Participation and Agreement** 
-  By agreeing below, the Student confirms their voluntary participation and  understanding of the program's purpose, scope, and limitations. 

**7. Acknowledgment and Signature** 
I,  the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read and understood this agreement and agree to participate in the program under these terms.
